Welcome to a section of the internet seldom seen...a world where common (and not-so-uncommon) rocks roam aimlessly about, searching for an identity...For too long, we as a society have turned our backs to the plight of the displaced rock. Rocks, like people, come in all shapes, sizes and colors! But that's where the similarities end. Most rocks have NO family or friends. They tend to suffer from amnesia as they seldom know their own heritage, much less their next of kin. They are basically a lonely lot!
Has anyone ever asked you "What rock did you crawl out from?". If so, you can feel our pain. We have stepped up and pledged to find every lonely rock the home they have longed for. Our goal for this project is to simply find every rock a loving, caring, adoptive family to take on the responsibility of being not only a parent figure, but a friend and mentor.
Please keep in mind, this is no small feat...Rocks are hard headed. They're very set in their ways. Not every adoptable rock is going to be good looking. Although there are a select few infant pebbles, most are more mature. Please be advised, we can NOT guaranty your adoptive rock will be free of psychological problems. As a matter of fact, there's a good chance he (or she) will come with some sort of "baggage" you'll be asked to deal with. Most will have a weight problem they've lived with their entire life. Remember, not everybody will be up to the task. This is not for the faint of heart nor the weak of back!
